RMIT University College of Business is one of the largest business teaching facilities in Australia, with campuses in Vietnam and significant teaching partnerships in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Students can also study an RMIT Business Program through Open Universities Australia, regional Victoria, or at various locations in Melbourne. Business programs offered at RMIT include Bachelor of Business (Honours), Master of Information Management, Master of Business Information Technology, Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Master of Professional Accounting, Master of Business Administration, and more.
RMIT College of Business has taken a pro-active leadership role in establishing close links with industry and undertaking joint research with partners in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Vietnam, US, Canada and Europe.
- The 2012 Quacquarelli Symons (QS) ranked RMIT in the world’s top 100 universities in Accounting and Finance.
- RMIT was ranked 7th for the number of international students undertaking its programs, both at its campuses in Melbourne and Vietnam as well as locations outside Australia including Singapore, Malaysia and China. In addition, RMIT was ranked 7th among Australian universities in terms of employer reputation, and 3rd in Victoria. In the overall rankings, the University was placed 246th (2012 QS World University Rankings).
- The Good Universities Guide 2011 has recognised RMIT University’s research achievements, awarding a 5-star rating for non-government research earnings and a 4-star rating for research grants success. RMIT also improved its ratings for staff qualifications, teaching quality, and generic skills in the 2011 Guide.
- The Australian Financial Review, one of Australia’s leading business publications, ranked the RMIT MBA (Executive) in No. 14 in the country.
